Previously Philip was a senior investment banker at Merrill Lynch and Citi specialising in M&A and Capital Raisings across a wide range of industries.

Kasia is a qualified finance professional (ACCA), trained by PwC. She has spent many years working in the oil & gas sector, taking on varied roles including internal audit, financial reporting, FP&A and process improvement.

Her career has taken her to Amsterdam, New York and London.

She speaks fluent English, Polish and Spanish.

Soran has 10 years of experience working as a consultant in the field of audit and finance for PwC.

He holds two Msc degrees from the Free University of Amsterdam and Amsterdam Business School (University of Amsterdam).
