How does the free trial work?

You can use Columbus without any restrictions during the free 90-day trial period. You will need to create a subscription or downgrade to the free plan in order to access your data and continue using it after 90 day.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. If you decide that Columbus is the right solution for you and start a monthly subscription, you will only need it after the trial expires.

How much do you charge per Purchase Order?

Nothing. Other platforms charge you an subscription fee and up to 5% of the total value of your PO.

What's a user?

Anyone logging into Columbus is what we call a user. Every rep, admin, or manager needs a user license of their own.

Can we use one account for everyone in the team?

No. Each user is unique and only one login per user is permitted. If another user logs in with the shared details, the other users will get logged out automatically.

How long are your contracts? Can I change plans?

Plans are monthly or annual. At any time, you can start / stop or make changes to your plan. If you need help, just contact us.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes, it's possible. If you ever decide that Columbus is not your business' best platform, you can simply cancel account payments within the control panel of your account.

Does my free trial limit my access to features?

No. You can use all of the functionality of Columbus during the trial period.

Does Marinus act as intermediary between buyers and suppliers with respect to order payments?

No. Marinus does not act as an intermediary for the payment of orders nor handles funds related to purchase orders. The buyers pay directly to the suppliers.

What types of payment do you accept?

With Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal we accept payment. We also accept payment for annual subscriptions through bank transfer. Contact our sales department for more details.

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes. Columbus comes with a 90 day free trial. If you wish to know more about our refund policy, please contact our support team here.
